5. INTERNATIONAL VENTURE CAPITAL ASSOCIATION (IVCA) 

INTRODUCTION 

IVCA is an associate member of IBDF International LLC (IBDF), registration number 4512866 doing business as the G500 Private Investment Group (G500). 

The IVCA is an international member based venture capital association founded in 1981, which consists of 25 venture capital syndicates. 

The 25 IVCA venture capital syndicates together consist of about 1200 visionary venture capital companies, investment angels, mezzanine firms, finance houses, commercial banks, private equity firms as well as various international investment funds from all over the world. 

CAPITAL RESOURCES 

IVCA members have since 2009 collectively acquired $500 Billion worth of SNG Global Dollars from the SNG Global Dollar Virtual Currency System, which is the global banking and payment system of IBDF. 

The $500 Billion is perpetually allocated by IBDF to fund lucrative projects all over the world. 

6. NM ESCROW FUND 

The NM Escrow Fund is managed by IBDF International LLC (IBDF), registration number 4512866 doing business as the G500 Private Investment Group (G500). 

The purpose of the fund is to keep all unclaimed funds in respect of profits on corporate investments / dividend or interest payments received in favor of individual or corporations who are no longer members of the Summit Network Group (SNG) international business chamber. 

SNG members often forget to provide SNG with a forwarding address when they terminate their membership, which makes it impossible for SNG to serve notifications in this regard to such former members. 

7. INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS NEWS NETWORK (IBNN) 

IBNN serves as the communications department of IBDF International LLC dba the G500 Private Investment Group (formerly the Paulsmeier Inc Group). 

IBNN is responsible for: 
  • All internal communications within and between the IBDF group, its corporate divisions, and its members. 
  • Writing and disseminating news articles about the IBDF group through the internal news feed structures. 
  • Write and disseminate approved press releases to the media when necessary. 
  • Arrange media briefings when required by the IBDF Board of Directors.

  • Providing a 24/7 courier service to transport urgent and very important contracts and financial guarantees worldwide. 
  • Providing logistical solutions and services for the transportation of large quantities of commodities. 
  • Lease of its fleet of 7 aircraft and 4 boats to Ascot Travel for the commercial or personal travel purposes of the IBDF group’s executives. 
10. ASCOT TRAVEL 

Ascot Travel is the in-house travel agency of the IBDF International LLC dba the G500 Private Investment Group (formerly the Paulsmeier Inc Group). 

On behalf of IBDF, and its corporate divisions, and its members Ascot Travel is responsible for the: 
  • Private and confidential official travel arrangements and VIP protection services of the IBDF group executives worldwide. 
  • Private and confidential personal/vacation travel arrangements and VIP protection services of the IBDF group executives and families worldwide. 
  • Providing exclusive and very cost effective official or personal travel arrangements for IBDF group members worldwide. 
Ascot Travel exclusively uses the Foreshore Holdings fleet of aircraft and the VIP protection services of the Callister International corporate security division for the travel arrangements of the IBDF group executives. 

11. ASCOT CORPORATE SERVICES 

Ascot Corporate Services provides comprehensive business administrative solutions to IBDF International LLC dba the G500 Private Investment Group (formerly Paulsmeier Inc Group), which include but are not necessary limited to: 
  • All administrative functions of the IBDF group. 
  • Arranging the annual accounting statements and auditing of the 15 309 corporations (investment vehicles) of Oakwell Holdings. 
  • Filing of the annual regulatory and/or tax returns of the 15 309 corporations (investment vehicles) of Oakwell Holdings. 
  • Ensuring that all 15 309 corporations (investment vehicles) of Oakwell Holdings subscribe to the IBDF group’s high standards of Corporate Governance Practices. 
  • Management of the Patin fund: 
    • Patin fund receives all IBDF’s income from its corporate divisions. 
    • The following expenses are covered by the Patin fund, but are not necessarily limited to: 
      • General overhead expenses of the IBDF group.
      • Account with Callister International (CI). 
      • Account with International Business Finance Corporation (IBFC). 
      • Natural disasters donations.
      • $120 Million GABM SA Drought Relief Project – May 2018. 
      • ZAR50 Million GABM SA food Aid Project. 
      • Special projects or payments approved by an IBDF Board of Directors resolution. 
      • Miscellaneous expenses.
